So after reading many of the 5 Star reviews, I called and spoke to Tommy. I knew his company was the right one based on our conversation. It was actually comical at times, but in a good way. He answered all my questions and concerns of cleaning my masonry and Trek decking. He assured me the results would be perfect. I have high expectations for the work I want done at my home and like many of us, some contractors just get done and leave. Never to expect another opportunity to do more work at your home. Well Triton exceeded my expectations and will be back to do our windows and sand our masonry. And I will be using him to maintain his work. We would definitely recommend Triton for all your power washing needs. They showed up early and on time which is always a plus. Our backyard stone area had years of dirt and mildew, and Tommy had no problem pretreating the areas and getting it looking like new. Nice and bright. They also treated and washed down my garage wall that had green algae that had grown over the years. Once again I would highly recommend Triton, and would be calling them back in the future for other jobs to tackle.
Triton Exterior Cleaning Inc. has cleaned my Azeck deck, my vinyl fencing and my vinyl siding for years. The owner is very reliable and very experienced in his ability to know how and what kind of product is best for cleaning. He goes above and beyond to make sure he has done the best job and his workers are also very professional. I will continue to use his service every year.

Triton cleaned both my fence and my home (vinyl siding). From the moment I first contacted them, they were very personable and professional. I was able to make and appointment easily with detailed contract information being shared via email for my review before making a final decision. In today's economy, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reasonable quote for the work. Communication was excellent prior to service. They arrived on time and prepped the house (covered doorbells, air conditioners, etc.). Everyone was friendly. And the before/after was better than I was hoping for. They did a fantastic job cleaning my fence and home. I highly recommend Triton and will use them again in the future.

I had the full exterior and windows of my 3 story home cleaned by Triton. The windows are gone over with a dedicated hose/brush system at the end of house cleaning. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional and took their time to make sure the job was thorough. They communicated with us thru the process and even kindly with our neighbors. A lot of home service companies you feel like you have to take what you get if the workers even show up - none of that with Triton. A detailed quote, good communication leading up to appointment - arrived on time and let me know when there were on their way. No surprise charges with the cleaning and very respectful of our home as they needed to access 2 decks from the inside. They made sure exterior cameras, lights, outlets, and locks were protected prior to cleaning. A great experience and competitively priced.

I'd give these guys 6 stars if it was an option. Amazing work on the power washing we agreed on (back yard concrete, pathway and rugs, and a small deck)... but they then also cleaned surrounding areas - fence, adjacent vinyl siding, even windows. They had a ton of different power washing tools to do high-quality work fast. Extremely friendly and professional. Sorry if this looks like a paid review (it is not), but these guys were just that good.
I have owned my home for 35 years and had my fair share of outside contractors come and go as they did what was needed. The easiest and most pleasant contractor in that time has been Tom, the owner of Triton Cleaning. I received a prompt callback to my initial call and a written estimate within a day. Everything that was to be done was laid out in the estimate, so any guessing as to what might be done was eliminated. I had never received a detailed estimate like Tom's before which to me demonstrated his attention to detail and his confidence in his workmanship. He gave me what I saw as a very fair price. Tom and his men showed up at the expected times and finished as scheduled. I am more than pleased with how his work was done in bringing out the vibrancy of the aged pavers on the walkways and driveway of my home. I have already been asked by two neighbors for Tom's Triton phone number. Working with Tom has been the best contractor experience I have had, and it took only 34 years to happen.
As a contractor working in a very high end arena, I found Tommy and his company to be professional, courteous and respectful. Having multiple projects running at the same time, I cannot oversee every minute of every job and I look to surround my company with sub contractors that value quality work at a reasonable price and who take pride in there work. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Tommy and his crew. The deck cleaning is a multi-step process, hardly just a power washing as most others do. Needless to say the deck looks like new an it's over 30 years old. The windows were cleaned better than ever and detailed completely. We called Triton based on the multiple rave reviews listed on their website with photos of customers only too happy to be posted on their site. From my first phone call, we liked Tommy right away. He is a relatable guy and he is obviously very proud of the reputation he has built. We were putting our house on the market and our roof was filthy. The company I was going to use could not start earlier then April 1 and Tommy was able to meet our price and have it done a week earlier. I asked him to quote on pressure washing the exterior of the house (not power washing) and power washing the brick patios. It was a 2 day job and my roof was so badly stained that he worked on it again the second day. His partner Dan is equally as hard a worker and between the two of them, you would think our roof was brand new. You would be hard pressed to find a stain. Same applies to the rest of the job. There is no doubt in our minds that the supper clean appearance of our home was a major factor in getting it sold. They also turned us onto a fantastic roofer. Triton is better than great. They are EXCELLENT!

Triton Cleaning is the absolute best when it comes to stone cleaning. Tommy and his Triton crew were on the spot the next day and came back with follow ups, until all traces of oil were gone from our stone paver driveway, after the oil line leaked from our car all down our driveway. It was a miracle, as we thought our stone pavers would never be the same. Our driveway looks as good as new. Since then we have called Tommy for our stone patio, stoop, and walkway, and again we are awestruck with the result. On top of that, all products used are environmentally friendly and pet safe.
